Shipping & Returns:

Shipping is free on orders over $175. For orders below $175 shipping is calculated based on order weight.
We expect orders to arrive within 7 business days of ordering.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the rare event that your package arrives damaged. If this is the case, please take pictures and email to info@pattiharney.com immediately. We will work with you to refund or exchange your product.

Wrapping & Packaging:

Each dish towel comes with a light tissue wrap and each print comes with a light tissue wrapping and protective cardboard corners. We don’t offer additional gift wrapping.

Dish Towel Information & Care:

Dish towels are made on 27”x27” 100% cotton fabric, hemmed on all sides with a corner loop for hanging. Painted with non-toxic fabric paint.
Regular wash and dry.
Dish towels have been pre-washed and once finished, heat set with an iron. Slight fading is normal over time.
Each towel is one of a kind and we hope you enjoy their uniqueness.

Small Framed Prints: These are archival pigment prints on velvet cotton rag paper. A matte varnish is used to finish the prints. While this helps to further protect the print it is not the same protection as glass and should be hung away from potential splashes.
